  • Inside

Cruwys Ball Farmhouse offers expansive, beautifully layered interiors that combine traditional farmhouse character with contemporary comfort. Sleeping up to eight guests, the home is arranged across four generously sized bedrooms, three of which feature zip-and-link beds to allow flexible configurations, alongside a dedicated bunk room thoughtfully designed for children with built-in televisions and colour changing LED lighting. The master suite is particularly impressive, arranged across three distinct spaces comprising the bedroom itself, a walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite, creating a secluded retreat within the home. Two bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms, with an additional family bathroom serving the remaining rooms.

Living space is plentiful, with two separate sitting rooms featuring wood-burning stoves, a snug designed for cinematic evenings, and a large open-plan kitchen that flows seamlessly into a separate dining room. This dining space is complemented by a dedicated coffee-making station, adding an extra layer of ease to slow mornings and sociable gatherings, while the kitchen itself is fully equipped for entertaining with high-end appliances and a central island.

  • Outside

Set within 60 acres of completely private, non-active farmland and woodland, with no neighbouring properties or public access, Cruwys Ball Farmhouse offers a rare sense of seclusion and uninterrupted countryside living. The outdoor space has been carefully designed to encourage both relaxation and sociable moments, featuring a large alfresco dining area, outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue for long lunches and evening feasts under the open sky.

A heated swimming pool, open from April to September, forms the centrepiece of the grounds, surrounded by poolside loungers for sun-soaked days and softly illuminated for atmospheric evenings. Beside the pool, the pool house functions almost as a games and entertainment room, complete with comfortable seating, facilities and an impressive 85-inch television, creating an ideal space for family fun, movie nights or relaxed downtime after a swim. With woodland to explore, open land to roam freely and outdoor showers for muddy paws, the grounds provide total privacy and a true escape into the Devon countryside. As day turns to dusk, the setting becomes especially magical, offering peaceful nights under open skies with nothing but nature and stillness surrounding you.
