Original farmhouse character sits alongside warm contemporary interiors, with exposed beams, natural textures and layered living spaces creating a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere throughout.

    Sleeping up to eight guests, the house features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including flexible zip-and-link configurations and a dedicated bunk room with built-in TVs and ambient lighting for younger guests. The master suite offers a peaceful retreat with a walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite, while additional bathrooms are arranged across the house for comfort and convenience.

    Two separate sitting rooms, both centred around wood-burning stoves, create space for cosy evenings and quieter moments, while the open-plan kitchen and dining area is designed for sociable cooking, long breakfasts and relaxed dinners together. Nearby, the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area create the perfect setting for alfresco dining, while loungers, outdoor seating and open lawns invite guests to fully unwind.

    Woodland, fields and walking space surround the property, offering complete privacy and a true countryside escape. As evening falls, the setting becomes especially peaceful, with dark skies, quiet surroundings and uninterrupted views across the Devon landscape.
