Cruwys Ball Farmhouse offers expansive, beautifully layered interiors that combine traditional farmhouse character with contemporary comfort. Sleeping up to eight guests, the home is arranged across four generously sized bedrooms, three of which feature zip-and-link beds to allow flexible configurations, alongside a dedicated bunk room thoughtfully designed for children with built-in televisions and colour changing LED lighting. The master suite is particularly impressive, arranged across three distinct spaces comprising the bedroom itself, a walk-in wardrobe and a private ensuite, creating a secluded retreat within the home. Two bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms, with an additional family bathroom serving the remaining rooms.

Beside the pool, the pool house functions almost as a games and entertainment room, complete with comfortable seating, facilities and an impressive 85-inch television, creating an ideal space for family fun, movie nights or relaxed downtime after a swim. With woodland to explore, open land to roam freely and outdoor showers for muddy paws, the grounds provide total privacy and a true escape into the Devon countryside.
